We advise you to not to remove or alter the fire label from the top of our door. However, if this has occured you can call our customer service team and they will try to help. We are required to maintain traceability of the door production in order to reissue labels. If the top of the door has been trimmed or painted and the manufacture codes are not available this will make if difficult to trace and we may not be able to provide a replacement label. Our fire doors are not Certifire approved if the label is damaged, illegible or missing.
