Working in Conjunction with Southway Housing and Urban Construction, JELD-WEN were delighted to provide the interior doorsets for 36 shared ownership apartments in Monton, a suburb of Eccles, in Greater Manchester.
The Foundry is a stunning new apartment neighbourhood located in the heart of Monton, one of the fastest growing property hot spots in the North West. The Foundry comprises 36 beautifully designed one and two-bedroom apartments each with an open plan layout to maximise space and natural light, along with clean modern finishes and a high specification throughout.
In line with the clean, contemporary interiors, JELD-WEN was delighted to supply the Newark ReadyFIT Interior Doorsets to the project, primed in white and complete with satin hardware.
To finish off the apartments, security and fire ratings were not compromised with providing the SecureFIT Flat Entrance Doorsets. In addition, the communal hallway doorsets were provided in a Paint Grade Premium Door design with an FD60 fire rating.
