Working in Conjunction with Lighthouse (a modular house builder) a range of great value homes in the heart of South Bristol were created. A total of 94 homes consisting of a mix of residential houses and apartments.
ReadyFIT Interior Doorsets featuring a Paint Grade Premium Door design primed in white with satin ironmongery. These were non-fire rated.
Riser and communal doors were provided for the project in Paint Grade Premium design with an FD30 fire rating.
SecureFIT Flat Entrance Doorsets were also supplied in the Paint Grade Premium Door design fully finished in Grey for a premium aesthetic. These are FD30 fire rated for increased protection.
